Goods are delivered to the address mentioned during the purchasing order. If the address is wrong, BEAUTY PRO SOLUTION could not have responsibility for delivery. The expenses for the second delivery will be covered by a Client. BEAUTY PRO SOLUTION is engaged to perform the delivery of ordered articles as soon as possible according to the chosen mode of delivery and of the availability of articles.
The delivery time is indicated for every merchandise. In particular cases the Client will receive a text message or an e-mail. This message will explain the particular circumstances (the stock of products, distance, disadvantaged zones, international delivery etc.).
The order sheet provided by a courier with a date and signature of a Client will constitute a proof of delivery.
During the reception of products, it is up to the Client to check the articles to be sure that the delivered products correspond to its order. The Client (or the addressee) will formalise his acceptance of delivery by the signature of the order sheet provided by the courier. Once the Client signs an order sheet, the delivered package is distributed and the client won’t be able to return it.
The Client or his representative must open the package in the presence of the courier to check the Products. If the product is damaged during transportation, the Client must refuse the products and mark in the order sheet "refused because of the damage".
For any claim relating to a visible defect or to damage during the delivery of the product, the Client must contact Customer service of BEAUTY PRO SOLUTION as soon as possible, and to initiate the return.
In the case of a refusal of the Product and its return (for reasons of previous paragraph), the Client will be able to ask for a new delivery or to cancel his order.
All delays are pointed out on the site www.beautyprosolution.com and considered in working days. BEAUTY PRO SOLUTION will inform Client by e-mail about possible delivery delay of merchandises, and will find a way to inform about the progress of delivery.
In case of absence of a Client or his representative during delivery, the courier will leave a letter with a description where the order can be found and under which circumstances it can be taken. If the Client doesn’t recuperate his goods, BEAUTY PRO SOLUTION reserves the right to reimburse its price, but the expenses of return must be payed by the Client.
