All products supplied by www.beautyprosolution.com benefit from legal warranties considered and covered by articles 1641 and following the French civil code.
If the merchandises were not orders but received, the Client must contact BEAUTY PRO SOLUTION and to send back the products. The expenses for return are payed by BEAUTY PRO SOLUTION.
- Incorrect reference or wrong quantity
If the products were delivered in a wrong quantity, the problem must be resolved and the expenses will be covered by BEAUTY PRO SOLUTION.
If the references of the merchandises are incorrect, the expenses for return will also be covered by BEAUTY PRO SOLUTION.
- Transport damage:
Prerequisite for a refund or replacement of the goods:
During delivery, the Client or his representative must control the goods in the presence of the duly authorised courier.
In case of damage due to the transport the Client must expressly notify reservations to be made for the delays allowed to the courier, and to send a copy to BEAUTY PRO SOLUTION, otherwise BEAUTY PRO SOLUTION can refuse the refund or replacement of products.
General conditions for reimbursement or replacement of goods
During delivery, the Client or his representative must verify the merchandises in the presence of courier.
In case of damage during transportation, the Client must notify the courier, and to send a copy to BEAUTY PRO SOLUTION. If this condition is not respected, BEAUTY PRO SOLUTION reserves its right to refuse return, and refuse to reimburse the price or change the products.
Return of goods
Every product accepted for return but damaged at arrival to BEAUTY PRO SOLUTION, couldn’t be neither refunded nor returned for sales.
Guarantee of compliance
In case of not compliance of a sold product, it can be sent back to BEAUTY PRO SOLUTION, for being exchanged or reimbursed.
